PSHSS had a “convocation” for the 6th to 9th students who successfully completed the Computer course from Bharathidasan University (IECD program) and were given certificates from the University.
Ms Shyamala Jayaraman, ex VP, Ramco Systems was the Chief Guest. She spoke very well in Tamil and English. She directly impressed on the students and the 200 odd parents who were present , the use of Computer education provided by the school for their future career.She spoke about moving from mechanical age to electronics, Computer, internet and now digital age.
Around 300 students received their certificates.It was a good experience in motivating the boys and communication to parents, arranged well by the teachers.
